Why we built TenderG
The short story, and what we are trying to fix.
Governments are some of the biggest buyers in the world, and that work is open to businesses of every size. Roads, software, school supplies, hospital equipment, consulting, cleaning. Somewhere right now, a government is asking for exactly what you do.
The opportunity is real. Finding it is the problem.
Those requests, called tenders, are not published in one place. They are spread across hundreds of separate government portals. Each one has its own website, its own login, its own way of searching, its own format and often its own language. Closing dates are set in different time zones, and some give you only a few days.
So the work of simply finding tenders turns into a daily chore: open a dozen sites, try a few keywords, scroll, copy links into a spreadsheet, and hope nothing slipped past.
What missing a tender really costs
- The contract you never knew existed. The tender you would have won is the one you never saw.
- The morning lost to portals. Hours that should go to your customers go to clicking through websites.
- The late discovery. Finding the perfect tender three days after it closed is a very particular kind of frustration.
- The wasted effort. Reading a hundred-page tender pack, only to find you were never a fit.
Most businesses solve it with a person
The usual answer is to dedicate someone to the job: an employee whose days are spent watching portals, filtering notices and flagging the ones that matter. That works, but it is a full-time salary for a task that is mostly repetitive searching. Many small and mid-sized businesses cannot justify that cost, so the owner ends up doing it late at night between everything else.
So we put it all in one place
We built TenderG to do that watching for you. Every night it collects open tenders from official government procurement portals around the world, cleans them up, and puts them in one searchable place. Then it goes one step further: you paste your website, it learns what your company actually does, and it scores each tender from 0 to 100 on whether you can deliver the work, with the reasoning shown. Every tender links straight back to its official source, so you can always check the original.
Your time goes back to your business
The point is not another tool to babysit. It is to give you your mornings back. Instead of starting the day with four hundred open tabs, you start with a short, ranked list of the tenders worth your attention, and alerts for the new ones. Your time goes to what only you can do: delivering the work, serving your customers, and writing bids that win.
What we promise
- Official sources only. Tenders come from government portals, and each one links back to its source.
- Honest about gaps. Some portals are hard to read or only partly available. The coverage page shows live counts and says what we do not cover.
- Fresh data. Portals are refreshed every night, and expired tenders are cleared out daily.
- Your data stays yours. We never sell your data or your company profile.
- AI as a first draft. Anything AI writes for you, such as a bid draft or a tender pack summary, is a starting point. Always review it against the original documents before you submit.
