UPGRADE OF GLYCOL CONTROL PANEL AT PS2 Fireye E211 Glycol Burner control panels installed at PS-2 is obsolete and unsupported with unavailability of spare parts and maintaining a safety-critical obsolete controller poses a significant operational risk. Hence, an upgrade is required to ensure safety compliance (valve proving, FFRT, self-check scanners) , to enhance diagnostics and communication capabilities for modern operations. The Scope of Work includes engineering design, procurement, installation and commissioning for upgrade of glycol control panels at PS-2. Below are the main objectives of the project. - Upgrade of Burner Chassis (Controller, Modules & Flame scanners) - Upgrade of Main & 2 Pilot Burners - Upgrade of Burner Panel - Upgrade of Annunciator Panel
