NGSL LOADING ARMS UPGRADE AT MESAIEED OPERATIONS. Tender no. GT26103700. Type: General. Department: OPERATIONS ENGINEERING (MESAIEED). SOW is to improve the Operational, Maintainability and Safety of the NGSL Product Loading Arm by implementing required modifications through MOC : 1000003547. 1.,,Remote Control Cabinet (wire control pendant) - Existing wired control system to be up-graded with new Radio/Wired Remote Control Systems. 2.,,Pendant switch box for ERS to be updated. 3.,,Hydraulic power unit to be upgraded with current standard design. Accumulator in the hydraulic power unit shall be moved to separate individual unit. 4.,,Selector Valve Unit to be updated with current standard design covering functions of both normal operation and ERS function. 5.,,Hydraulic System Tubing on Jetty Hydraulic system tubing on jetty inter-connecting hydraulic equipment to be renewed using 6MO Stainless Steel (UNS S31254) tubes and compression type fittings. 6.,,Replacement of existing Instrumentation in Loading arms as required. 7.,,Instrument / Electrical Cabling between NGL Jetty to LER 26. 8.,,Termination of new cables in NGSL Jetty & LER 26. 9.,,Scaffolding for cable laying as required. 10.,,Modification required in the PLC supplied as part of NGSL CONTROL SYSTEM UPGRADE shall be included in the scope of work.
