Department: DRILLING & COMPLETIONS. 1.,,Contractor to provide wellhead cutting and related services for P &A wells, together with the necessary specialized personnel, equipment, tools, and associated services, on a call-off basis to support its Onshore operations within the State of Qatar. 2.,,The range of Services are as listed below and shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1,,Contractor shall carry out pre-job Site visit to access the Site conditions and prepare the required tools, equipment and resources necessary to perform the Services. 2.2,,Contractor shall submit a detailed program prior to the job indicating the existing casing sizes and grades, and demonstrating the suitability and capability of the Diamond Wire Saw Machine for the planned cutting operation. 2.3,,Contractor shall carry out cellar excavation and enlargement as required to accommodate the Contractor's tools and to have enough space for Rig-up and Rig down equipment. 2.4,,Contractor shall provide all equipment and tools required for the wellhead cutting services, including, but not limited to, a Diamond Wire Saw machine with associated accessories, pressure gauges, pickup truck(s), a hydraulic mobile crane, and air-conditioned self-driven office portacabin. 2.5,,Contractor shall cut the wellhead below flanges as required, including conductor and all inner casings. 2.6,,Contractor shall provide cement blocks, soil, and other materials required for backfilling operations. Upon completion of wellhead cutting activities, Contractor shall place a cement block cover over the cut casing and subsequently backfill the cellar with soil. CONTRACTOR shall provide and permanently weld a durable identification plate onto the top of the cut casing surface. The plate shall be permanently marked with the corresponding well name. 2.7,,Contractor shall submit to QatarEnergy Site Representative a final job report indicating the tools used, different casings grades, operation details/log and final wellhead picture post cut. 3.,,Contract duration shall be sixty three (63) from the Effective Date, including three (03) months for initial mobilization and inspection.
