The scope of work comprises complete Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) activities for ",,MOC1000004117 - Replacement and Revamp of TEG Contactor Internals ",,MOC1000005199 - NGL-3 Flue Gas Sampling Line ",,MOC1000005258 - Modification in Instrument and Control The above project is located at QatarEnergy NGL-3, Mesaieed, including site surveys, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, shutdown execution, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance verification, CMMS updates, as-built documentation and final handover. The work includes replacement and revamp of TEG Contactor internals in AGR-1 and AGR-2, installation of new Schoepentoeter inlet gas distributer devices and associated components, implementation of DCS soft-lock control modifications, engineering validation of associated process equipment and instrumentation upgrades, installation of a ground-level flue gas sampling system for Boiler 6848-A-01A/B to facilitate environmental monitoring of NOx and SO? emissions, and modification of the boiler fuel gas vent system by re-routing atmospheric vent lines to the flare system to improve safety and reduce hydrocarbon emissions. The Contractor shall deliver a complete, safe, reliable, operable and maintainable facility in full compliance with QatarEnergy requirements, applicable codes and standards, OEM recommendations and approved project documentation.
