The subject of the order is the supply of 1 unit of heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with 6x4 drive and domestic water supply function. Vehicle chassis, superstructure and equipment shall be factory new. Chassis production year not earlier than 2025. Engine power: minimum 400 HP. Engine with diesel ignition, complying with emission standards required at vehicle registration. If additional fluids are used to achieve emission standards (e.g., AdBlue), engine torque must not be reduced in case of absence of such fluid. The engine must provide minimum continuous operation for 4 hours under normal working conditions during vehicle standby without replenishment of coolant and lubricants. During this time at normal operating temperature, engine and power transmission temperatures must not exceed manufacturer specifications. Basic engine maintenance must be possible without cabin lift. Daily engine maintenance procedures must be possible without cabin lift. Vehicle equipped with automatic or automated transmission. Chassis must meet at minimum the following conditions: Suspension system - minimum 6x4 drive with rear axle differential lock. Rear axles with dual wheels. Tires suitable for various atmospheric conditions (all-season). Full-size spare wheel provided with vehicle. Absence of wheel mounting on vehicle is permitted.
