The winter maintenance work is divided into sub-contracts according to the attached map materials, comprising seven (7) sub-areas in total. Bidders may submit offers for one or multiple sub-areas. Partial bids on sub-areas are not permitted; bidders must bid for both plowing and anti-icing treatment for their chosen sub-areas. Sub-contract area 10 differs from other winter maintenance areas in that the winning contractor for this area will also be selected as the principal winter maintenance contractor.
