The contract concerns design, supply, construction, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning and documentation of a complete, integrated and functional signage and visual communication system for the new Piraeus court building, including interior and exterior spaces, parking areas, security zones and digital information systems. The contract is not subdivided into lots for the following reasons: the contract concerns a single building (the new Piraeus court building) rather than multiple, spatially or functionally independent facilities; contract subdivision would inevitably lead to simultaneous execution by multiple contractors in the same physical space, with obvious risks of overlapping responsibilities, coordination delays and liability disputes; to achieve economies of scale for the contracting authority; a unified visual/graphic identity, unified colour and typographic coding system and unified wayfinding logic throughout the building (wings, floors, basement, exterior) is required to ensure signage functions as a unified, coherent guidance and flow management system, as detailed in the Annex
