The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of framework agreements between individual contracting authorities and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts shall be awarded for supplies of liquid medical oxygen preparation (hereinafter "medical oxygen" or "liquid medical oxygen"). The subject of the procurement also includes: provision of maintenance services for medical oxygen containers at all contracting authorities; lease of medical oxygen container with telemetry unit for Znojmo Hospital, p.o. and Hodonín TGM Hospital, p.o.; and lease of telemetry unit for Břeclav Hospital, p.o. The framework agreements shall ensure continuous supply of liquid medical oxygen including logistical provision of supplies, container lease, telemetry unit lease and container maintenance, in accordance with all conditions set out in this procurement documentation and its annexes to ensure proper operation of the contracting authorities as healthcare facilities (hereinafter "facility"). Healthcare provision is directly connected to the properties of the supplied liquid medical oxygen, which must meet all requirements under applicable legal regulations and applicable technical standards. Medical oxygen shall be supplied to containers owned by the South Moravian Region as the founder of the contracting authorities and under their management, except for Znojmo Hospital, p.o.
