1. The subject matter of the order is the supply (sale) of electricity to facilities of the Nowodworski Sports and Recreation Center in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, in accordance with the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 and implementing regulations.
2. The order does not include electricity distribution services. The Contracting Authority has separate electricity distribution service agreements with the relevant distribution system operators (OSD) and does not plan to conclude a comprehensive agreement.
3. Electricity will be consumed for the Contracting Authority's own needs. The Contracting Authority does not resell electricity and does not have the status of an industrial customer as defined in renewable energy regulations.
4. The detailed manner of performance of the order was specified in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the order and Attachment No. 6 to the SWZ – Essential terms of the contract.
