The subject of the public contract is the provision of a service for operating the waste collection point of the city of Dobruška (hereinafter the "collection point") located on Československé odboje Street in Dobruška, for an indefinite period with the expected start of actual operation of the collection point from 01.01.2027. The collection point will be operated by the selected contractor as an operator as a facility intended for waste management pursuant to Section 11(1)(r) paragraph 1 of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter the "Waste Act"). The provision of the collection point operation service includes the performance of activities specified in the Collection Point Operation Agreement, which will be concluded with the selected contractor, under the conditions specified in this agreement. A sample of the Collection Point Operation Agreement forms Attachment No. 1 of the tender documentation. The collection point is specified in the Collection Point Lease Agreement and its Attachment No. 1, which will be concluded with the selected contractor together with the Collection Point Operation Agreement. Based on this Collection Point Lease Agreement, the collection point will be handed over to the selected contractor for use.
