This framework agreement concerns the supply of small medical equipment. By 'small medical equipment' is meant all low-dimension medical supplies in common use, ordered recurrently during the term of the framework agreement, intended for care, protection, hygiene and prevention activities, excluding heavy medical equipment, electromechanical or requiring specific installation. Small medical equipment includes in particular, without this list being exhaustive: personal protective equipment for medical use (such as gloves, masks, coats, overcoats, caps, shoe protectors); medical consumables and common care articles; low unit value medical and paramedical accessories. Supplies will be ordered by means of purchase orders issued based on the needs of the contracting authority, under the conditions defined by this framework agreement. Products supplied must, where applicable, comply with applicable regulations concerning medical devices, personal protective equipment or hygiene products, in accordance with applicable legislation. This contract is concluded for an initial duration of two (2) years, it is tacitly renewable for two (2) successive periods of twelve (12) months for a maximum duration of 4 years, from the first purchase order after market notification.
