The subject of the contract is the provision of services for: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners with residents located in the territory of Łomianki Municipality and collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Collection Point located at ul Brukowa 2E. The service must be provided in a manner ensuring appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. The contractor is obliged to comply with legal regulations during the contract period, including provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, the Act of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of January 11, 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021 on selective collection of selected waste fractions, the Waste Management Plan for Mazovian Voivodeship, the applicable resolution of the City Council in Łomianki on the regulation of maintaining cleanliness and order in Łomianki Municipality, and other applicable laws
