The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in article 6, section 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") including forestry and forest protection works to be executed within Runowo Forest District in 2026. The task involves establishing area and linear plantations and includes activities regarding soil preparation, planting and protection of seedlings from wildlife. Its implementation will also require the Contractor to purchase necessary materials. A detailed description and scope of works is contained in Attachment nº 2 to the Contract Notice (Description of the Contract Object – OPZ) along with a schedule and a list of species and varieties of seedlings.
