The Justice and Enforcement Agency (AJH) is seeking a contractor to provide tailored forensic treatment, both individual and group-based, for sex offenders residing in a dedicated unit at Dendermonde Prison. The treatment program aims to promote re-integration and reduce recidivism among sex offenders in society. The contract is open to Flemish community-recognized and subsidized mental health centers, as well as recognized psychiatric hospitals designated by the Flemish minister responsible for health care as specialized facilities for the guidance and treatment of sex offenders. These organizations may submit bids and are strongly encouraged to establish partnerships to create a joint offering of both outpatient and residential services within the prison. The contractor also focuses on transitioning clients to care and treatment services outside the prison, working with partners in assistance, services, and forensic care both within and outside the prison. Throughout the contract period, the contractor ensures reliable and quality monitoring, coordination and execution of assigned tasks. The contract includes the following services:
