Subject of the public contract is the supply of full-leather tall and low firefighting boots in two types: 200 pairs Type 1 – tall, intended primarily for direct firefighting operations; 1,000 pairs Type 2 – low (lightweight), intended primarily for technical operations, in accordance with the technical specification in Annex 1 of these tender conditions. Performance shall take place from the effective date of the contract until 30 June 2029 or until exhaustion of the maximum total expected volume of 200 pairs Type 1 and 1,000 pairs Type 2 boots. Performance shall proceed gradually according to the contracting authority's current needs based on individually issued performance requests. The scope and size assortment of the first delivery are detailed in Annex 2 of the tender conditions. The offer must include the possibility of purchasing replacement insoles for the total required quantity of boots. The contracting authority may not take the expected number of pairs of boots and replacement insoles if the expected volume does not correspond to its actual needs by 30 June 2029.
