The contract concerns the supply of promotional backpacks for the project "BALTICGROW – Cross-border Innovation for Sustainable Rooftop Ecosystems in the South Baltic Region", co-financed by the Interreg South Baltic 2021–2027 Program, for the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of Gdańsk University of Technology. The contract includes: (a) Transport of the subject matter to the location designated by the Contracting Authority and its insurance until receipt by the Contracting Authority without objection; (b) The subject matter complies with the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Contract; (c) The subject matter delivered to the Contracting Authority is factory new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for use, without the need for additional purchases and is not subject to any third-party rights; (d) The Contracting Authority requires a warranty period of no less than 24 months; (e) If the Contractor proposes a shorter warranty period, the offer will be rejected as not meeting the Contracting Authority's requirements. Detailed description of the contract is in Annex 4 to the Notice. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the contract template in Annex 3 to the Notice.
