The Finnish Tax Administration (hereinafter also the Client) invites offers for various external customer research studies targeting consumers, individuals, businesses and organizations to meet the needs of Tax Administration units.
The service to be procured is described in more detail in the attached document "Description of Procurement Subject" and other attachments to this invitation to tender.
The Finnish Tax Administration will select one supplier based on the competitive tendering and conclude a contract with the winning bidder. The contract is intended to commence on 1.2.2027. The contract is valid until further notice. Submission of an offer requires consideration and acceptance of the conditions of the draft contract.
