The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and construction supervision for the investment project: "Reconstruction of railway line No. 285 section involving elevation of track onto an engineering structure over Bardzka Street in Wrocław" under the "Preparatory Projects" program, including: Phase I - Preparation of design documentation and obtaining all administrative decisions comprising: (1) Development of Programming and Spatial Concept (KPP); (2) Obtaining final environmental conditions decision; (3) Obtaining final decision on railway line location or public purpose investment location; (4) Obtaining final water permit; (5) Preparation of construction and detailed projects with geotechnical and geological-engineering documentation and Building Permit; (6) Preparation of tender materials including bill of quantities, investor estimate, specification of works and technical requirements, and materials for Railway Automation and IT installations; (7) Obtaining design certification. Phase II - Option right comprising construction supervision during building works execution. Contract performance period: 21 months from contract conclusion (in case the Option is not exercised and environmental impact assessment is not required).
