The subject of the contract is the provision of ambulance transport services, covering the transport of blood from the Regional Blood Donation and Transfusion Center in Gdańsk (RCKiK), ul. Józefa Hoene – Wrońskiego 4, 80-210 Gdańsk to the Client's headquarters at: 1.1. F. Ceynowy Specialist Hospital, 84-200 Wejherowo, Dr A. Jagalskiego 10; 1.2. Polish Red Cross Sea Hospital, 81-519 Gdynia, Powstania Stycznia 1; 1.3. Saint Vincent a Paulo Hospital, 81-348 Gdynia, Wójta Radtkego 1, or samples for antibody identification and/or blood matching from the Client's locations to RCKiK in Gdańsk exclusively in "NA RATUNEK" emergency situations on conditions specified by the Client.
