1. The subject of the tender is the supply of hardware platforms for specialist training conducted at basic level - 22 units. Items listed in the Product Specification Table (Annex 4 to the Procurement Notice) constitute 1 set (1 hardware platform for specialist training at basic level). The entire subject matter of the tender comprises 22 sets (22 hardware platforms for specialist training at basic level). 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the equipment supplied be factory new, unused, undamaged, technically functional, complete and ready for use, comply with applicable Polish law standards, and be free from legal defects. 3. Transport method and packaging must ensure protection against damage. The Contractor is liable for damage resulting from improper packaging and/or transport. 4. Delivery of each hardware platform for specialist training at basic level (set listed in the table) as described in Annex 4 to the Procurement Notice must be carried out to State Treasury organizational units indicated in the procurement documents. 5.
