Construction works for renovation of the Tax Office building in Lubaczów at ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 6. The investment project includes renovation of the existing building within the scope of construction permit decision no. 242/2024 dated 04.07.2024, according to documentation by mgr inż. arch. Karol Bulanda. The contract covers the following eligible activities: 1) guaranteed scope: a) external wall insulation; b) floor insulation; c) reconstruction of external partitions and floors for planned mechanical ventilation installation; d) construction of 21.8 kWp photovoltaic installation on building roof; e) installation of mechanical ventilation system with unit on building roof; f) installation of air conditioning system with two external units on building roof; g) installation of BMS (Building Management System); h) replacement of windows and doors according to audit guidelines in "warm assembly" system with window opening sensors; i) roof reconstruction - replacement of roof timber, covering and finish with EPDM membrane; j) gas boiler room renovation - dismantling old boilers and installation of new condensing boilers
