1. The subject of the procurement is comprehensive organization and logistics services for a study visit by a delegation from Małopolska to Croatia in the fourth quarter of 2026. 2. The Contractor shall provide: a) Development of the study visit program b) Organization of travel for study visit participants from Małopolska, including provision of flight tickets (Kraków/Katowice – Rijeka/Pula, Rijeka/Pula – Kraków/Katowice) for a maximum of 10 persons. If air transport cannot be organized, road transport by coach is permitted with prior approval from the Contracting Authority. c) Accommodation and full-day meals for a maximum of 10 persons in Pula. d) Organization of at least 3 meetings within the scope of the study visit theme. e) Croatian language interpreter. f) Visit coordinator/guide. g) Insurance for visit participants. 3. Detailed description of the subject matter (SOPZ) is Annex 1D to the tender documents and will be incorporated as an annex to the public procurement contract. 4. Conditions for performance of the contract are contained in the draft contract provisions, which will be incorporated into the contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the tender documents. 5.
