The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to provide catering services in the town of Mezőberény. The Contracting Authority shall make available to the successful tenderer, in exchange for rental fees, the kitchen located at 5650 Mezőberény, Petőfi utca 14/b., the serving kitchen at the property 5650 Mezőberény, Luther tér 1., and the cooking kitchen with associated rooms located at 5650 Mezőberény, Puskin utca 11., which may be used for service provision. The successful tenderer must obtain the necessary permits from the authorities for lawful operation of the kitchens, including in particular the operating permit. The successful tenderer is responsible for the management and disposal of all waste generated during service provision at its own cost and at a location of its own determination.
