Leasing of passive fiber optic networks (FTTB) constructed by the ZV in the federally-supported expansion of light gray areas (Gigabit-RL of the Federal Government from 26.04.2021) in eight cadastral districts and at schools in Rhein-Neckar-Kreis to network operators who, as service concessionaires, ensure network operation and provide internet/telecommunications services to private and commercial end customers. Additionally includes open access with active and passive wholesale products (federal wholesale prices as upper limit), maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, documentation and service. Provision by lease per lot; the network operation and lease agreement will be concluded per lot as a concession contract. 9 lots. Parts of the network are in operation; operation transfers to the contractor on the handover date.
