Bygningsstyrelsen invites tenders for a framework agreement on environmental and soil consulting in connection with demolition of mink farm production facilities. The framework agreement covers consulting for production facilities transferred to Bygningsstyrelsen for demolition. Services include building contamination mapping, resource mapping, building verification and registration, technical installations, fencing, installation and access conditions verification, topsoil examination, preparation of excavation plans, screening for natural interests, occupational health and safety coordination in the design phase, and supplementary sampling and environmental supervision of soil handling. Deliveries form the basis for Bygningsstyrelsen's further case processing and subsequent allocation and execution of demolition contracts. The framework agreement is divided into 3 sub-agreements. Tasks are assigned by direct allocation. The framework agreement may only be used by Bygningsstyrelsen. It enters into force upon contract signature and runs for 24 months with possibility of extension for two periods of 12 months each. Deadlines for specific tasks are set in individual fee agreements.
