Provision of pest control services in properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy. Services include pest observations and surveys, preventive measures, pest control measures (rodents, insects, other harmful animals), monitoring, reporting and documentation, and advice to properties and residents. Services are provided on order basis at client properties. Selection: The procurement will not be divided into geographical or service content lots. Instead, a multiple supplier framework arrangement will be established with several service providers selected to ensure adequate capacity, service continuity, specialist expertise availability and flexible assignment of tasks based on service quality, availability and cost-efficiency. Division into separate lots would not provide added value compared to the multiple supplier framework arrangement. Selection: 3 suppliers will be selected based on comparison prices for the framework arrangement plus one reserve. The client may order services from any supplier selected for the framework arrangement. When distributing assignments, the client may consider service quality, response time, available resources, specialist expertise, location, previous performance and cost-efficiency. The client is not committed to equal distribution of assignments among selected suppliers. Contract arrangement: 4-year framework agreement
