The assignment covers window cleaning at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, a complex and high-traffic environment with 24/7 operations year-round. Approximately 40,000 windows are covered, with varying cleaning frequencies depending on location, exposure, accessibility and need. The assignment is distributed across airport terminals, terminal-adjacent buildings and other buildings within the airport perimeter owned and managed by Swedavia. Swedavia intends to conclude an agreement for a total of 69 months. For cases where bidding companies wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will enable this by sending the document to the bidding company upon request. The document can then be completed and attached to the bid submission. Use of ESPD is voluntary.
