Jobcenter Cologne provides subsistence for approximately 120,000 people under the second Social Code (SGB II). It supports beneficiaries with career guidance and creates perspectives, accompanies and advises on the path to training and employment. Its approximately 1,600 employees offer targeted services for young people, people with disabilities and people with refugee backgrounds. Jobcenter Cologne will relocate in 2027 from currently 8 business areas plus one central area at two locations to 2 locations each on the left and right banks of the Rhine. Jobcenter Cologne plans to outsource its two paper file archives at the following two locations in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2027: I. Galerie Wiener Platz, Wiener Platz 3, 51065 Cologne (clearing date: 31.05.2027) and II. Pohligstraße 3, 50969 Cologne (clearing date: 31.10.2027). A qualified service provider is sought for the preparation and execution of the physical transfer of archive units and for further operational services of the archives. The contract consists of 6 sub-areas: 1. Transport/Relocation: transfer and transport of archive units, as well as recording and initial storage in the service provider's archives - see dates for initial transfer in section 7.1.12 of the service description (tender document C - service description file management); 2. Storage: storage of archive units and data management
