•Subgrade regularization and compaction at 100% Standard Proctor;
•Supply and application of graded gravel for sub-base and base;
•Priming with EAI asphalt emulsion and RR-1C tack coat;
•CBUQ application – Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (Mix 3, Band C);
•Execution of curbs with gutters (DER Type 1 and Type 2);
