The contract involves design, installation and commissioning of an "opening exhibition" on the ground floor of the new Museum of the Army building in Białystok and visitor service areas on the ground floor, including supply and installation of equipment. The contract is divided into two parallel tasks:
Task I – design and execution of the "opening exhibition" with hall elements (funded by INTERREG);
Task II – design and execution of visitor service areas on the ground floor, including supply and installation of equipment.
Detailed contract specification is contained in:
1) Design documentation (descriptive, graphic and drawing sections) attached as Annex 2a to the Tender Documents (opening exhibition) and Annex 2b to the Tender Documents (ground floor visitor space);
2) Installation design - STWiOR attached as Annex 3 to the Tender Documents;
3) Proposed Contract Provisions (PPU) with annexes attached as Annex 4 to the Tender Documents;
4) Guidelines on installation, exhibition and protection of museum artifacts attached as Annex 5 to the Tender Documents.
The contract will be executed at the new Museum of the Army in Białystok - building located at ul. Węglowa 7. Contract execution area is 308 m2.
The contract will be financed from the Interreg VI-A Lithuania–Poland 2021-2027 Programme (Project "FORT-UNION – Polish-Lithuanian integration of fortification networks for the development of flagship tourism products") and from the budget funds of the City of Białystok.
