Provision of long-term credit to Municipality of Bychawa in the amount of 4,818,000.00 PLN to finance municipal budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred obligations. Credit value up to 4,818,000.00 PLN with minimum credit amount of 1,000,000.00 PLN. Credit will be made available after contract signature. Credit will be utilized by 30 December 2026 ("on demand") based on written disposition submitted 1 business day before funds transfer. Borrower reserves the right to draw credit in one or more tranches based on needs, up to maximum amount in contract. No additional fees or commissions from unused credit portion permitted. Capital repayment in quarterly installments according to attached schedule (Attachment 1 to tender specifications).
