NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for SOLUTIONS-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (SBIPS). This requirement is for: Global Affairs Canada. This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN537-05IT01 who qualified under Tier 1, under the region / metropolitan area, for the following stream(s): Stream 11 – Systems Integration. The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. Phase 2 will deliver the core capabilities of the MyTCS client portal to enable the secure and customized space where TCS clients can access tailored information (adapted to their MyTCS self-identified profile and preferences). Global Affairs Canada (GAC), through the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), is advancing the Government of Canada's digital modernization agenda pursuant to the mandate established under the 2018 Fall Economic Statement.
