The framework agreement covers standard software and supplementary products (support & maintenance, implementation, training) The framework agreement also covers services in the form of ad hoc consulting services. The framework agreement can be extended 2 times for 12 months each. The framework agreement's total estimated value is expected to be DKK 320 million. The framework agreement's maximum value is DKK 450 million. Consumption can only be considered an estimate and is therefore not binding for the Buyer. The Buyer has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected bidder, in accordance with point 1.3 of the framework agreement
