The procurement process covers a contract for the provision of forest and nature management at the Contracting Authority's facilities.
The procurement is divided geographically into three (3) sub-contracts:
- Sub-contract 1 – North Denmark
- Sub-contract 2 – South Denmark
- Sub-contract 3 – East Denmark
The sub-contracts are divided geographically to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to bid on the task.
Bids may be submitted for one or more of the offered sub-contracts. In ESPD part II.A you must specify which sub-contracts you wish to submit a bid for.
One (1) bid must be submitted per sub-contract for which you wish to submit a bid.
ETK notes that it is possible for a bidder to be awarded a maximum of two (2) sub-contracts.
