The contract includes purchase and supply of up to 800,000 litres of JET A-1 aviation fuel according to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority commits to purchase a minimum of 400,000 litres or 50% of the maximum gross remuneration during the contract period. Fuel must be from current production and meet specified quality requirements. Fuel quality must comply with DEF STAN 91-091 WT and ASTM D 1655 or equivalent standard. Payment will be at the price excluding excise tax, under conditions specified in the excise tax law, and excluding fuel levy.
