Renewal of technical support and assistance for software and equipment used by the Main Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed (Główny Inspektorat Ochrony Roślin i Nasiennictwa), divided into 15 parts. The Contracting Authority is the Main Inspectorate of Plant Protection and Seed, Al. Jana Pawła II 11, 00-828 Warsaw, on whose behalf the Government Administration Services Centre, ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02-903 Warsaw acts. The Contracting Authority does not plan to issue orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority does not plan to conduct an electronic auction referred to in art. 227-238 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of variant offers. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial offers. Each Contractor has the right to submit an offer for one or more parts of this procedure. The Contracting Authority does not plan to conclude a framework agreement referred to in art. 311-315 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority does not plan to reimburse costs of participation in the procedure. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or attachment of electronic catalogs to the offer.
