The task is part of project 11120 Ring 4 North expansion, included in the Infrastructure Plan 2035. The project comprises construction of an additional lane in both directions on the approximately 5 km two-lane section between Ballerup Byvej and Hillerødmotorvejen. Additionally, an extra left turn lane on Ballerup Byvej south on Ring 4, noise barriers on parts of the section, a new road access, a new bicycle underpass, new ramp access to existing bicycle underpass, a new signalized pedestrian crossing and signal technical optimization for light traffic at the intersection at Åvej. The total project budget is in the order of 0.9 billion DKK, excl. VAT. This procurement covers consulting in phase 3 (Design for inspection), phase 4 (Design for construction) and phase 5 (Project follow-up).
