Supply of food products for children and social facilities of Silistra Municipality with the aim of: ensuring quality, healthy and nutritious food for consumers; ensuring proper nutrition regimen in compliance with Health Law and related regulatory acts; improving quality and conditions of food provision; increasing delivery speed when needed. Product types and quantities are specified in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Quantities indicated are estimated, calculated on the basis of consumption for the last twelve months. The contracting authority will declare food deliveries according to the needs of the respective municipal structures. The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare the entire specified quantity of food products by type and/or number without any adverse consequences. The scope, volume and performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification, integral part of this documentation.
