The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new motor vehicle – a bus with modifications for a driving school training vehicle.
The scope of supply includes the following requirements:
- The bus shall contain at least 47 passenger seats and two additional seats for the driver and driving instructor;
- Delivery of the bus to the contracting authority's premises;
- Inspection and demonstration of the bus's functionality upon delivery;
- Delivery of equipment required for bus operation by legal regulations and technical standards;
- Delivery of all documents necessary for bus registration and commissioning;
- Delivery of all documents necessary for bus use including usage instructions, maintenance guidelines, list of authorized service centers, manufacturer identification, with these documents provided in Czech except for specialized technical terms;
- Delivery of documents proving compliance with requirements stipulated in the purchase contract, legal regulations and technical standards effective as of the delivery date;
- Training of persons assigned by the contracting authority.
