Procurement of IT project manager and expert resources to support the Finnish Tax Administration's specification, programming, testing and management of new and existing systems. Expert resources will work on projects, development tasks and continuous service production. The procurement aims to secure specialized expertise and adequate resources.
The procurement is divided into six (6) areas, each with three (3) suppliers and three (3) reserve suppliers selected. Detailed descriptions of each area's content are provided in the attachment "Procurement Object Description" section 3. The contract is planned to commence on 16.11.2026 and is valid for 72 months.
