The purpose of this notice is to inform industry that Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish new Departmental Individual Standing Offers (DISOs) to replace the expiring DISOs under EW699-220114 Multidisciplinary Environmental Services.
The new DISOs will include the following consulting services for PWGSC’s Western Region:
• Environmental impact assessments, permitting and studies
o Environmental impact assessment
o Permitting and regulatory support
o Biological studies and investigations
o Archaeological assessment
• Environmental management of federal facilities
o Environmental management and compliance
o Hazardous building materials surveys
o Air quality
o Potable water sampling
o Storage tank system audits
• Contaminated sites consulting services
o Phase I, II, III environmental site assessments (ESAs)
o Geotechnical assessment
o Human health and ecological risk assessment
o Climate change risk assessment
o Remedial options analyses /Evaluation and remedial action / Risk management action plans
• Remediation planning, tender support, and supervision
o Remediation planning
o Site supervision and contract administration services
o Cost estimating
PWGSC plans to develop the upcoming multidisciplinary environmental services Request for Standing Offers (RFSOs) with the following structure:
Publish four RFSOs on the CanadaBuys tender opportunities website, each aligned to a distinct geographic area and supplier eligibility requirements:
