The framework agreements cover planned purchases, reinvestments and time-critical needs arising from breakdown, damage, wear or phase-out of existing equipment. The scope also includes relevant spare parts, service, repair, technical support, documentation and, where agreed, loan or replacement equipment. The purpose is to ensure predictable access to safe, technically suitable and properly documented equipment and related services supporting Statnett’s preparedness model.
